Depending on our agreement, we will arrange for payment of your utility bills while your property is un-occupied or to ascertain that when in occupation all bills are paid on time and the property is well maintained by the tenants.
We will also make arrangements to pay additional bills on your behalf i.e. maids, gardeners, Insurance etc. when the need arises.
Our staff will visit your property to carry out an inspection, refresh or clean as per our agreement and provide you with a monthly statement of account showing all outgoings and work carried out.
We feel it is very important to keep the property maintained to a high standard to look after your investment and would like to assist you in achieving this.
Marketing your property for rental, whether short term or long term rental, will be carried out throughout our network of websites, direct marketing and various travel agents and tour operators throughout the region, UK, Canada and USA.
In order to rent your property and provide the best service, St. Lucia Homes also provides a concierge service to the guests. If required we arrange transfers, rental vehicles and offer a complete holiday experience if so desired.

Once you make the decision that a home in St Lucia is for you, then you will pay a 10% deposit and yourself and the seller will sign an agreement to purchase.
The lawyer will check the Property Deeds in the Land Registry, and then process all documents for you, until the Deed is fully registered in your name, and you become a happy owner of your own "Ray of Caribbean Sunshine".
