Upon entering the Villa, one is welcomed by an impeccably finished courtyard that impresses with its Barbados Clay tile floors and leads to an expansive living area. Which in itself is accented by an uninterrupted view of the World Famous Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. The living area is framed by a well-appointed kitchen that leads to the Laundry Room containing 2 washing machines and a dryer.
Also accompanying the Villa is a separate Lodge, situated near the entrance to the property. This charming 424 sq. ft. space offers a bedroom, (spacious enough to accommodate a king-sized bed), lovely kitchenette, bathroom, and a patio from which to soak in the Caribbean sunset at your leisure. Across from the Lodge is another unique satellite which serves as an Artist’s Studio/Workshop and generator house. An intimate space to indulge one’s creative side.
The Guest Cottage is fully finished and boasts its own kitchen, bathroom, and stunning views. Adjacent to the cottage is a 19,000-gallon pool which was completely redone in 2019. Just beyond this is a full, professional-sized tennis court should you desire a bit of a cardio workout. Under the Tennis Court houses Five 1000 Gallon water tanks.
The Villa is a five-minute drive to the World- Famous Anse Chastenet beach, famously known for its unique sands and beautiful offshore reef.
It also overlooks the picturesque town of Soufriere with its bustling food market vendors, Souvenir shops, and its brightly coloured houses, which is also five minutes drive.
Excellent restaurants are within easy access at the Hotel Chocolat and Ladera Resorts south of the town of Soufriere as well as local restaurants in and around Soufriere.
If you are so inclined, Tamarind can also serve as an income-generating Vacation Rental, and can easily host 8 guests.
